There are P-waves so i dont think there is atrial fibrillation there. There could be some PACs if i am not wrong but i am not an expert. Notice there is also noise in that ECG. How did you take that ECG? There is an app in iphone and android called "ReadMyECG" where you can upload the ECG and an ECG technician will analyze it for you, give it a try.

Have you had this Kardiamobile for long? You can select Advanced Determination mode in your settings and see if it can categorise that output. Check you're not near anything that might cause electrical interference when you take your readings.

I confess I don't know how to look for the p Wave but i can see the spacing between the peaks isnt regular, which does make it look more like an AF reading.

How do you feel when these readings come up? Is there anything to notice in terms of symptoms?

There is so much interference it’s almost impossible to read. Interference is caused by any nearby EMF which could come from anywhere, including a pacemaker, hearing aids but also external sources, lack of contact - as others have mentioned but also movement. The 6L is incredibly sensitive and you have to stay very still. I found if I just want to look for AF the best way is to use the 1L and ensure it is on a table and it that my arms are resting on the table.

May I also suggest that if you post ECG you ensure that you black out your personal details. Because the pic is so small and blurry you can’t read them anyway, but for future reference it’s not a good idea to post personal details on an open forum for security reasons.

Best wishes.
