Hi - I am assuming you mean Eliquis? Generic name Apixaban?

The alternative anticoagulants are listed in the information sheet on the AFA website. elmmb.nhs.uk/_resources/ass... But I note that it is out of date and there is now a 4th DOAC Edoxaban. DOAC = Direct Oral AntiCoagulants and they are none VitK antagonists.

Hope that helps.

Why are you looking for a substitute? Only asking because Eliquis/Apixaban seems to be the one that gives the least problems.

If you are considering either natural or alternative medication instead of prescribed anticoagulants then you need to be cautious because these do not get tested in the same way so their efficacy can not be verified in the same way DOAC’s or Warfarin have been…….

Not what you're looking for?
