Nearly 6 months since my ablation and I’ve been fine . However, in the last 2 weeks I’ve noticed a fleeting (seconds) spike in HR at rest . Goes from 60s to 120 at rest and immediately goes back done . I physically feel it .
Sent off my Kardia ECG for analysis Report below .
MULTIPLE VENTRICULAR ECTOPICS
We have observed ventricular ectopics (VEs). These are extra beats originating in the bottom part of the heart. This is extremely common and can be a normal finding in healthy people.
VENTRICULAR COUPLETS / TRIPLETS /SALVO
Your Ventricular Ectopics occur in runs of 2 or more consecutive beats. While this may be a normal finding, if you have any symptoms that concern you, you should consult with a medical professional.

Hello, you got 3 PVCs in a row, it starts being a concern when it is 5 or more, then it is ventricular tachycardia. PVCs happen to everyone but very frequent PVCs could be a cause for concern.
I experience couplets, triplets and the occasional salvo (most I've felt is 7 in a row). I had an ablation for AF 3 months ago, which has done nothing for my pac/pvc burden. However, I've had no AF since the procedure.I don't mind the ectopics, with the exception of the salvos (which my cardiologist thinks are runs of atrial ectopics). I experience salvos every second day or so, but they don't seem to getting any worse.
If I'm having a tough time I take 200mg Flecainide with 1.25mg Bisoprolol, which pretty much eradicates all my ectopics for 12 hours.
