I have just taken all my tablets then half an hour later can’t remember if I took my verapamil tablet. What an idiot.

I'm sure we've all done it. Answer is to get a daily tablet box and fill it up weekly

The rule is: take it as soon as you remember you have not taken it.unless it is very close to the time of the next tablet.

Being there and got the tee shirt ! First thing in the morning put your med's out (counted) to remind you if you have taken them or not.

The other thing I do is cut the packet in to even numbers which confirms which I have missed one (pradaxa for example - two a day).

Hi, I did that a few weeks ago, with rivaroxoban, knew I couldn’t risk taking another, so got myself a monthly pill box, so everyday is counted out!

Yes everyone has good advice with the pill box. To be doubly sure you can use a calendar and mark off when you take your meds. Takes a little more time but I find it helps.Take care. And no you are not an idiot. If missing pills made one an idiot then I suppose a lot of us here would be also.😉

Hi Gillybean , I just write on the packet the date I took first tablet and then if unsure if taken just count the empty tablet spaces That way I can see if I have taken it or not 😊

Hi. This can happen. But it usually happens with PRADAZA. So at night take one and leave morning one out so I know.

Did take more than prescribed of Bisoprolol. Because of 1/2ing pills and I got muddled in the morning.

It was less than an overdose. In fact brought down pulse more and was better.

I'd ring healthline and get advice.

Depends whether you are in A.F most of the time like me or if get episodes.

Take care.
