Just wondering is it normal to feel soreness in my left arm when my heart is in flutter. I am 34 years old who is worried I might have something more serious. I don’t have any other symptoms and it usually happens at night?

It is possible, if the ventricular rate with atrial flutter is excessively high, can get into the 200s, the amount of oxygen needed to keep that rate may be insufficient, and the dull ache in your left arm may be a symptom of this. This could be due to a blockage in a coronary artery. A stress test may be in order, as well as controlling any rapid Aflutter. An appointment and discussion with your GP, cardiologist, or E P would be in order. Best, etheral
