Had text message from GP , hospital wanted me to have a GTN spray until I’ve had more test done etc etc , sent urgently to Chemist .

It wasn’t there ………but I can buy one for £4.90 over the counter which I did , but I’m amazed you can buy that over the counter so cheap and people who pay are being charged around a tenner 😳😊

Apart from that I hope everyone is feeling good today x and thanks to the person who mentioned the vagus nerve exercises on U tube I feel like a different person ( might be mind over matter ) but I’m happy 😃

Also amazed you can buy OTC without a script.

My GP used to warn me if it was cheaper to buy than have a script.
