I also changed a couple of years ago best thing for me 😊 I funnily enough have OA too. I just get on with it pain in same joints as you. But not stop me from doing anything used to the sore joints don’t take any meds I’m 70 so like you it’s an age thing 🤦♀️ Take care ❤️
