Hello Skullman and welcome to the forum, I see you are from Germany. Being a new member, you are unlikely to be familiar with the way this forum works but virtually all the members here are AF patients and therefore not medically trained therefore we are unable to offer diagnosis for reasons I’m sure you will understand. The report clearly states that that the patient is in sinus rhythm and that there is no evidence of atrial fibrillation but the pulse rate at 83 bpm is a bit quick but within normal range so appears to be normal.

The only other observation I would make is that in the interests of maintaining member privacy, it’s better not to make real names available on this webpage. I assume you will be seeking professional feedback from your Doctor.......

I think he has deleted it. It contained personal information but apart from that seemed normal with a rate of 83 bpm
