When in an episode of Afib my home BP monitor shows about 10 mmHg higher reading than usual. For example 130/90 instead of 120/80. Does AFIB really influence BP? Have read somewhere on this forum that when in Afib the home readings of BP are not correct. For the moment I take 5 mg of Rampiril and 2,5 mg of Bispoprolol. No symptoms. Am trying to get rid of Afib through Lifestyle "medications". Could/should I stop with at least Rampiril?

You are correct in thinking that BP machines are not accurate if you are in AF.
Do not change your drug regime without consultation with your doctor.
Good luck with the life style changes.
