I was suddenly stricken with skipping beats in 2005. Sometimes they last for months and go away. I wore holter a few times said it was pac. They scare me so badly. If it’s a fib what does it feel like? I’m afraid I have it.

Skipping beats
After 25 years of this I've ceased to be scared and worried but rather irritated at the inconvenience of it.
Some people feel the palps or ectopics as a fish flopping about in your chest.
The flops can be strong or light like bubbles popping.
If in tachycardia then you may feel the vibrations in the upper chest or in the lower throat.
Over time your heart may perform circus acts to entertain you. They may go away for a few months and then return with a vengeance just to let you know they still around.
Keep your chin up mate. Things will improve with medication or disappear with medical procedures.
