I saw my EP this week and got the results from the 24 hour heart monitor I had on after my recent collapse. He’s not sure what caused that either but felt it could have been a combination of a nerve issue and a sudden drop in blood pressure.
Anyway my monitor showed that I stayed in sinus rhythm with a small number of ectopics but nothing outside the normal range. My BP was perfect. All on all my heart is behaving which is good news.
If I have another episode the doctor will send me to see a neurologist but fingers crossed that won’t happen. I don’t need any more medical specialists in my life 😂.

Thats good news. All these strange things which happen to us are very weird. Here hoping it doesn't happen again but at least you have a plan if it did. Heres to it being just a strange one off. Stay well.
Thanks CD. I’ve been doing a lot of walking in the pool but I did 11,000 steps on land on Saturday so that was quite an achievement. Biggest day for quite a while!
Yes I feel for you all. We had a second short (5 day) lockdown a few weeks back but we are pretty well back to normal again. I appreciate how lucky we are here.
Glad you're ok now and your ankle recovery is progressing. I should've been in Perth this month and we might've met up again but looks like I'll just have to be patient and hopefully next year. 😎x
Hi Kaz, if it happens again it might be worth discussing a tilt table test. That said, I sailed through mine, but bradacardia from cardio exercise meant I would pass out if disturbed whilst I was deep in concentration.
