Pulmonary Vein Thrombosis/Stenosis

Hello, I recently had my first ablation for atrial tachycardia/AFib and a few days later became unwell and was diagnosed with pulmonary vein thrombosis/stenosis. I've been told that it's a rare complication that can occur from ablation (and is especially rare in someone my age - 25). I was wondering whether someone has been through anything similar or has information they can share as I'm finding it quite difficult to find information about the complication online. Thank you
