Not very sensible I would say. Speak to your doctor though. People have died through trying to run marathons with arrhythmias.

I agree with Bob and don't think it's safe for you to run when your heart rate is double what it normally is. Walk, or exert yourself slightly - yes that sounds better to me.

I know what you refer to and it makes me feel rubbish so even though you are fit I wouldn’t !

A competent Electrophysiologist will be able to tell you if it's harmful or not. Might do a complete study on your heart and find out exactly where you stand.

Please take notice of the wise words below. It sounds trite but it's the truth seek medical advice. Why risk your future by not. You may not be able to run but you may be able to walk, cycle, swim. Life doesn't end it changes. I can't run anymore but I can cycle, walk in the mountains. Life can still be positive and fulfilling.
