I, like many people on this site have difficulty finding exercise that they can do with fast AF. I have found a great Zoom Seated Zumba class for the young at heart. How can I share this without fear of being removed for advertising, as happened on my Total Hip replacement site?

I used to do Zumba Gold but I get giddy now with a resting heart rate of over a 100. Do I pm you?

I guess your heart is already getting a workout so the emphasis would be on strength and mobility? You could do Tai Chi with fast AF I think.
