Fluctuation Heart rate during/post Covid

Good evening, I tested positive for Covid on December 27. It is now 16 days since the positive test. I started showing some mild symptoms on Christmas night. Overall everything has been mild. I have had some stomach issues. The past week I have been having increased heart rate and fluctuation. I take Xanax to keep me remain calm. I have lots of anxiety as well. Not sure if it’s the anxiety or an underlying issue. when it starts fluctuating I can feel it pounding and it goes from 80 BPM to 120 PM. I also had a very successful SVT ablation about 2 years ago ablation. The feeling is very unnerving. I also walked 25 minutes today feeling pretty good. Tomorrow I am going for bloodwork to see if there are any inflammation factors that may have attacked the heart. Anyone else having these type of issues during or post Covid? Or am I alone? A blessed New Year to all !

I’m not speaking from personal experience but have heard of quite a few people reporting those sorts of heart rate fluctuations after COVID. I do know I get similar with any sort of infection.
