Sleep pattern after ablation

Hi everyone 5 weeks after my second ablation I am starting gentle exercise and feeling great. I am only on Apixoban (Anticoagulant) and so there are a lot of moving parts to how I feel. It is all good.

One thing I am finding is that I now wake up at 5.00am more often than not, I am really wide awake. Whilst this is quite a change to be honest it is not a big problem, but Pre ablation I woke up 2-2.5 hours later at 7-7.30 am

Has anyone else had a big decrease in the need for sleep post ablation?

Steve

I don't recall so. Could it be down to your increased happiness reduced stress and perhaps increased mobility ?

I am wondering if it is the absence of beta blockers combined with a lack of anxiety? anyway it is good!
