Sleeping like a log after ablation

Just wondering how everyone is sleeping after having their ablation? I had my ablation early last month and I sleep so deeply now. So much so my husband checks me. I am sleeping so deeply that I mustn’t be changing positions and wake with sore neck/ shoulders.

Yep, you often sleep very deeply as your body needs deep sleep to Heal itself, enjoy.

lucky, lucky you. Unfortunately I don't sleep any better following mine. 5 to 6 hours at best

Oh you lucky person, would love to sleep so deep. Perhaps your AF was disturbing your sleep before your ablation.

If you had general anesthesia, it could be that, too. It takes a while for it to move out of the body. I slept a lot, too. The body needs it to heal.

Hi, I didn't sleep at all the first night after the ablation that afternoon. I literally was awake all night and actually dosed off for 5 mins early morning. It may have been the general anaesthetic cocktail! Did anyone have a similar experience?

Hi this is my third week post Ablation and I am also sleeping deeply..It’s wonderful .

I haven’t slept like this for so long..all going well so
