I take 10 mgs of bisoprolol and 7.5 mgs of Mirtazipine. I've never had a problem, apart from dry mouth. I was on a higher dose of the bb in hospital, and digoxin, when 1st diagnosed with afib and the drs didn't change anything. Check with your cardiologist if you are worried.
