Getting Festive 🎉

A little update - This week I had the stitches out after my ankle surgery and had a new cast put on. As a Liverpool supporter I chose red. I couldn’t help seeing the similarity with a Christmas stocking 😃

I’m happy to report that since the little blip the morning after surgery, my heart has been behaving beautifully.

It’s on for 4 weeks. Then it’s a moon boot which I will be in for Christmas 🎄

For sure it will make a good Christmas socking. I'm sure Father Christmas will visit and fill it to the brim - you have to be a good girl though.

However I'm not sure if Liverpool supporters are in that category and may fall in the naughty list.

I’m always a good girl Paul 😉 And when I say I’m a Liverpool supporter, it’s really intergenerational. My dad was a huge Liverpool supporter and I used to watch the soccer with him. Nowadays I’m more of Australian Rules Football supporter (thanks to my husband).

What a little ripper ..... Santas little helper, even colour coordinated ......... what about the other ankle - not the injury/surgery bit, just getting a matching fashion scheme.

When I had my other ankle operated on 4 1/2 years ago I had a red cast too so I do have a photo where I’ve put them both together 😉😃. I can only be Santa’s Little Helper in wheelchair accessible places. I certainly won’t be sliding down any chimneys with him. 🎅🏼
