When I get AFIB it usually last between 4 and 10 hours . Yesterday I had AFIB for what appeared to be a couple of minutes . It was confirmed by my KARDIA Band and Apple Watch . .
Anyone else experienced the same ?

If you have AF you will get AF. Frequency and duration are random I'm afraid.
What I was asking was if anyone had experienced short fleeting episodes. Unfortunately I’ve had AFIB for sometime so I understand it’s random. This was new to me.
Thanks for replying.
Yes, I do. I have been doing a big cough and it tends to go. I was put on beta-blockers yesterday and I have had none at all today so far. I was getting them many times a day in short and long bursts.
Cough ?
Good luck with the Beta Blockers
Thank you. Yes, a really deep cough. I read it in a few places. It definitely helps me.
Vagal maneuvers
These techniques may stop a paroxysmal A-fib episode. Vagal maneuvers involve doing things to trigger the vagus nerve, a nerve that impacts heart function.
Examples of such maneuvers include coughing, or engaging the muscles as if having a bowel movement.
