Yes, his videos are long but they contain a lot of detail. I was surprised that there were so many tests for so many things. I will have a look through his video and list what they are.

Something I picked up yesterday was the fact that vit D could be stored in the body until it was needed whereas vit C wasn't. If you take a vit C tablet today, any that is not used is discarded and you have to take another one tomorrow.
