Having a lots of pvc how can I slow it down

Slow deep breathing. Use your stomach not your shoulders and fully fill and empty your lungs. No more than six breaths a minute for at least five minutes, Longer if possible. It may take you a while to perfect the breathing technique but keep at it. With practise you can get much slower than that. Its all about control.
