Worried need some answers about my health felt 2 heart beats one regular one irregular

Hello 36 years old diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in February 2020 I live in Dallas, Tx was diagnosed at methodist hospital I went there for fainting off a new antipsychotic medication abilify I took it at night woke up walked in the kitchen got some water on my way back to the bedroom I fainted hit my head cut my eye so I went to the hospital they ran all these tests on my MRI CT scan blood stress test holter monitor I was there 3 days they diagnosed me with afib paroxysmal they give me flecainide I took it for two weeks It make me shortness of breath went to the hospital a different one Baylor they founded nothing I stopped taking the flecainide I didn't have insurance so I got on parkland plus so I can see a cardiologist they scheduled an appointment in August this was in March I started getting palpitations for 10 hours heart rate 170 so I went back to methodist they let me go Dr. Told me to take the flecainide I took it one time and started having irregulars heart beat so I stopped taking it had palpitations again for 14 hours went to parkland hospital they give me something to bring it down it went down they said I wasn't in afib this was April 25 2020 they scheduled me an appointment over the phone to talk to the cardiologist the next week I stopped taking my anxiety medication buspirone when I went to baylor for shortness of breath but the nurse a parkland suggested for me to take it again. I went home the next day eat some roast and got a sharp pain in my chest were my heart is didn't go back to the hospital my mom told me it was gas I took my anxiety medication and started feeling shortness of breath and nausea on top of that like two weeks later my heart spasmed then my heart felt like I stopped beating when U put my hand on my chest one night had a holster monitor on for 24 hours no afib was found after the holter monitor I stated feeling 2 heartbeats one in my chest on in my back cardiologist suggested to do a implant monitoring device it last 3 years I said how about another heart monitor he agreed to one month Heart monitor. Since I didn't get diagnosed at parkland hospital they want to make sure I had afib before they gave me medicine they have all my records from methodist were I was diagnosed I went in to the at at the hospital to see if that sharp pain from a month ago was a heart attack but was there for 7 hours but since the shape pain I was nauseated for like a month shortness of breath for like a month in a half indigestion constipation since then till now and I don't have a history of stomach problems or acid reflux been in and out the clinic for back pain side pain that lasted like two days since I stopped taking my anxiety medication buspirone my shortness of breath is better still feel a little ill my heart still feels like 2 heartbeats but it's a lot better a week ago in realized while on a walk my heart rate was low but normal luke 80 but again I felt my heart stop beating but I still had a pulse thought about going back to as but covid is bad were I'm at Dallas so plus if it dont show on the ekg they will send me home kind of confused what to do I guess wait on another holter monitor any thoughts

Sorry to hear you have been having such difficulties. It seems as if your heart problems are linked to your medication so I would try and look into that with your doctor as there may be alternative medications which don't upset you- but do take medical advice on this. If you have the chance to have a monitor put in it would be good at showing your doctors what is really going on. If you get any bad pain you should seek help,

Although this reply is three months late, may I suggest you get a Kardia if you have not already not done so. That way, you have something to show the clinicians yourself. You seemed to have worn a holter monitor which did not catch the AF except hen first diagnosed for PAF.

You might also want to go on drugs.com or a similar site to read up on the side effects and interactions of the drugs you are taking.

At 36, you are very young. It's better to get a handle on things early.
