there is a search box top right which should help

I couldn’t find a forum specific to strokes but you may find it helpful to google blepharitis because there appears to be a number of ways of treating it. I think it is caused by blocked tear ducts which means that nature’s way of keeping your eyes clean and lubricated is not working and therefore needs some help.

Blepharitis can be treated at many opticians for around £50. This involved scrubbing the eyelids with a spinning brush. That gets rid of most of the clogging. It's not particularly pleasant but not painful. You can then get wipes (e.g. blephaclean on Amazon) to clean the eyelids yourself.

If it was a minor stroke then symptoms will only have been transitory. In any case you should of course be on anticoagulants.

You could try Headway or Different Strokes. When you say minor stroke, do you mean a TIA? Vision problems rather than eye problems are common after a stroke - I have hemianopia - so you will need to be specific in those fora.
