Update - Passing out when reverting to NSR

Thank you for the good advice received. I contacted my doctor and he asked me to go in for an ECG and BP check which were both fine. He advised me to contact my cardiologist which I did and he is making arrangements for me to have a pacemaker fitted asap. Thank you all once again.

Wonderful news Clarrie. If my own experience is anything to go by I am sure that a pacemaker will solve this problem
