Hi. I've just joined here. I had my pulmonary emboli in August 2018 and was firmly diagnosed with APL about a year ago. I take Eliquis and haven't had any issues with it or my APL since the p.e.

I have a question about the memory trouble that's cited as a problem for our syndrome. Is it long-term memory, short-term, or both? Thanks.

Welcome, but have you come to the right forum? I've not heard of APL. This forum is for people with the heart problem atrial fibrillation, a disorder of the heart rhythm.
