Ups and downs bp
Heart rate and BP change constantly according to what you are doing. Why not lock your devices away and rely on how you feel as this is obviously causing you worry and anxiety/ For what it is worth your BP is quite low if correct by comparison with many AF sufferers.
This can be a very confusing situation to the non medic. High blood pressure fatigues the heart and can cause thickening of the heart muscle and may be further affected by a 5yr old replacement aortic valve as in my case only perhaps analysed by a full echocardiogram which it is impossible to get in the present circumstances. Even if it were a hospital may not be where one wants to go at the moment. At 81 years old I could possibly end up as collateral damage to the CV19 plague.
Your BP is slightly low for your age but then it is likely that your beta blocker is slowing your HB by about 8 to 10 beats.
Talk to your GP about getting off the amlodipine to increase your systolic BP to about 110 - 140. That's more in line with your age.
I am the same age as you and was on the same medication as well.
Otherwise your readings are good.
