First I’ve heard of that but what do I know?

Oh dear.....

Do you mean warfarin or any anticoagulant? What are you on?

(I hope that isn’t so with immunity test) . I had a phone consultation with both my lipid Cholesterol and Haematology professor Drs instead in clinic . For cholesterol check and APS Hughes Sticky Blood Syndrome . Age 70 . They both said take your meds every day . Not the worst meds to be on during this CV19 attack. Because of the thinning aspects of both meds and the anti inflammatories in the Xarelto blood thinners . I also took a turmeric cap. I have stated in a sinus allergy hayfever med Litatadine ( first prescribed by an A n E Dr . I have taken a 1000 mg Vit D . To strengthen lung membrane . High grade Liposomal VIT C . Zinc and L lysine to keep herpes at bay. PLUS immune boost natural products . recommended by natural

supplements Expert extract Jap mushroom and wild oregano . Plus calcium , COD liver oil . I have felt well for 2 months of stressful pre lockdown and lockdown in central London. April being the worst pollen hayfever month . So far so good touch wood . Best I have ever been . I have also been inhaling pink Himalayan dry salt in a nasal pot .i run an air purifier 24/7 . Not out in pollution or pollen ( AT all) has helped I guess Prior to lockdown I wore rubber plastic respirator mask ( from hardware ) this helped sinus enormously . To help sinus and lungs through it . Very harmless regime . My sinus is my weak spot . I have been lucky that the low dose statin and Xarelto agrees with me . My 6 monthly blood tests for Sticky blood have shown low levels , in 6 months another test . The Professor said I can reduce from 20 mg to 10 mg .surprise . So keep on your meds . Supplement with natural and vitamins . Think good thoughts and don’t stress. 🙏🏻 A tiny weeny nip of tipple , if any anxiety crept in , not every day . Just to warm the cockles .
