Hello All, It has been quite some time since I wrote. All had been pretty smooth for a little over a year with no discharges of my defibrillator. Then one day last week, it fired 5x in one evening. 2x at 5 home and then followed by 3x in the ER. I was held for 2 days thereafter fir observation. My EP said there is really no explanation and anything could have caused my heart to act in such manner. Which I found this statement to be confusing. I follow a good healthy diet, keep my weight in check, exercise regularly, try to maintain stress as much as I can, sleep is steadily improving, take supplements as recommended by site members (i.e. - magnesium). I am trying to ascertain what more I can do to help my situation. Can anyone please provide insight and any recommendations?.

I am sure that is very scary to say the least but I doubt too many people on this forum have ICDs so maybe look to see if HUL have an ICD forum which may be of more help.
