I should have had a lung consultation at Harefield this morning. It was cancelled last week. This morning I had a lovely phone call consultation with the Consultant I was due to see. He covered everything plus plus.

Unless you are emerget... I was told to not expect medical care except for Covid-19. My cardiologist and GP aren't taking calls or answering questions and the ER won't see non emergency. And with teleconferencing we are getting different drs who dont know my history and so they dont want to help. So medical care here is useless for anything but Covid-19 emergencies

I was due to see my cardiologist last week, and I was really ready for it, booked a hotel etc as we are 4 hours away and had an oncology app as well, I must be honest as I was pretty peed off, even though we were a bit reluctant to go, when I was asked if I would do the telephone consultation. said no then decided OK. Probably was as good as or even better than usual and when he asked about doing the same in a month I was happy.
