As someone who has severe mental health issues himself - I do wonder how people like him will cope but he is a very clever man and has learned much. I notice he is now speaking a lot slower - good sign.

Your sense of security is intrinsically linked to how you cope with uncertainty - ranging from those who have a unrealistic sense of their own security and have a sort of superhero sense of nothing can happen to them - to the precautionary who take risks after some sort of internal risk assessment process - to those who err always on the cautionary side, rarely take risks because of their own sense of insecurity is such, uncertainty just overloads the system as their ‘norms’ shift unpredictably to those who are permanently in a state of uncertain, insecurity and feel frozen and unable to take any action or respond appropriately to a given situation.

My observation through this crisis is that the behaviours of people at this stage have tended toward the Bi-Polar - the heedless reckless through to the feeling frozen and cannot cope. Somewhere and some point this will shift and we as a society will gain some equilibrium.

Holding a virtual coffee morning this morning for my usual ‘after Pilates (now also online) girlie catch up - so must go get the coffee cups ready☕️

Have a great day - sun shining here and all looks well with the world so not putting on the radio and going to stay in my little bubble. X
