Social groups tea and chat

My memory tells me there are tea and chat groups in the UK. Does anyone have a timetable of events? I'd like to attend one of the groups. Being a shift worker advance notice and advance purchase of train tickets will help with attending.

To be honest there have been a number of social groups at different times of which I have been in two down here in West Country but they do seem to have a finite life. These have usually been lunch or late breakfast meets.

There are of course more formal hospital run support groups dotted about the country of which the main AF Association office may be able to advise.
