Thanks Robbo . As Doodle68 says, we have seen this Medscape extract before. It seems that Professor Gupta is the one being the most realistic and talking the most sense.

It’s basically what is happening in practice at the moment so not much change there then. I do think we need to get realistic as we discover that Ablation is not the hoped for magic bullet for everyone that we had all hoped for. I think a lot more is now known about long term affects of Ablation and with that data and experience it is now more likely to know who may benefit and who probably would not.
