Chest pain 4 weeks after ablation

Ablation for AF on 25th January. Been following all the advice, daily walks gradually increasing, almost up to a mile now. I went to B&Q with my husband yesterday (we know how to have a good time!), was there for maybe an hour, and felt very tired when we got home. When I went to bed, I started getting chest pain, left side, like a twinge with every beat, this has continued throughout the night and now have a more widespread ache around the left chest/shoulder. It's uncomfortable, not agonising, but should I be worried or did I just overdo it yesterday? Any advice from you lovely people?

General advice is that any chest pain requires investigation so why not speak to your doctor or ring NHS helpline if doctor not available.

Please get this checked asap. With chest pain like you're describing I'd have been on to the NHS 111 number right away. Please do that now, if you haven't already.

Thanks for the advice. The pains abated about 5 pm. Got a follow up cardiology appt next week. Not sure what caused it but could have been reflux disease flare up. Feeling much better today.
