Need advice

Am really getting frustrated, I am have continuous health palpitations, I dont know what else to do, i has completed numerous heart test and the results came back negative, am really really tired, I can't sleep at night and am tired when I reach at work. Please is there anyone with any advice. Please let me know, this can get any worse..

Palpitations are horrible, but usually benign and as you have had tests then I would try not to worry about them.

Have you tried taking a magnesium supplement ? This can reduce palpitations in some people, and I know that it helps me.

Very sorry to hear you are having these problems. You say you have had heart tests and they came back negative. You don't say what tests. Have you seen an Electrophysiologist - a heart rhythm specialist? Your heart could be fine at pumping, but that could still mean the electrics need investigation. Maybe you have done this and been given the all clear, if so maybe you could get some help with relaxation - CBT, meditation, hypnotherapy, yoga - whatever helps. If not seeing an EP should be the next step. Good luck.
