I am taking Warfarin for AF. As I have Dermatitis I take Fexofenadine which does help. I was told by a friend to also take Piraton. I do need something else as it gives me a lot of itching.. It's just about impossible to get an appointment with the doctor. The pharmacist said she won't interfere. Anyone else taking these with Warfarin?

I have taken Piriton with warfarin . Can't recall this interfering with my INR but I always keep a close watch with my self testing device, Coaguchek , when introducing new meds
I have also taken piriton with warfarin occasionally in the past without it affecting my INR
I have taken 2mg of Warfarin for five years now with other a/f educations without any problems. Just blood tests every few weeks. I would try another small local pharmacy for help as my local one is very helpful with all sorts of problems. But I would not mention Warfarin unless you are asked as don’t think the two problems are connected to Warfarin. It’s been used over 50 years and they the antidote if you get problems. Hope this helps
