Side effects on recent meds Bisoprolol / apixiban

Does anyone else get heart burn constipation and blocked nose I'm on Apixiban and Bisoprolol recently diagnosed A fib what can I take to relive any of this as confused as what I can and cannot take

I take both of them and have the exact opposite of both.

I’ve been on both but apixoban changed to edoxoban due to nose bleeds. Was prescribed a med a while ago for heartburn, not so bad now but do get constipated and blocked/runny nose but take lots meds so don’t like to add to them except paracetamol if required. Was told no ibuprofen

Hi thanks for reply fed up now have had 2nd petechia rash develop last night gp stopped me going for tests due to me having altered liver enzymes and auto immune dip I have copd since lockdown she thinks it may be from one of my meds Apixiban. Bisoprolol which I have been on since Dec after diagnoses of a fib I take amlodipine and Atorvastatin and other meds but have never had any of these problems prior to a fib meds not with copd meds but haven't had a chest inf since being on Bisoprolol would love to get some answers
