I think that before taking or using other products medicines etc. that you should talk to a good pharmacist then they will be able to advise you whether to take or not.

Yes this is what we always tell people but thanks for the reminder.
is this including supplements like Fish Oils?
Personally I think it wise to discuss anything you take with those treating you or your pharmacist. I have no idea what can affect what but for example when I increased one drug slightly my INR went through the roof after a week because I had forgotten that it did that.
