FOODS WITH THE HIGHEST ASPIRIN CONTENT

Like a lot of you, I was forced to give up taking aspirin once they put me on Xerelto. The aspirin really helped my arthritis pain, but now I can only take Tylenol, which only helps a little bit. I am much more disabled now that I can only use Tylenol, and can hardly walk at all. But I got this today from the nutrition doctor I trust the most, Dr Michael Greger, who wrote the book How Not To Die. His chapter on How Not To Die of Heart Disease is excellent. I believe that many of us can have a little of this aspirin-containing food to help us. You might want to ask your doctor, but I don't think a little tumeric will hurt most of us.. nutritionfacts.org/2019/12/...

Just be very careful. Remember the man who bled to death after brewing a cocktail of ginger, turmeric etc because he thought it would help him. Doctors fought for two days to stem the internal bleeding but were unable to save him. This was only a few months ago.

yes, everybody -- be sure to check with your doctors before you do anything. there are different kinds of anti-coagulants and blood thinners, what you are on and the doses might make a big difference.
