Hi. I've been in hospital since last Wednesday and will be stuck here over xmas. I'd been feeling bad tightness in my chest and short breath and off and I went to a & e and they said ECGs were way abnormal.
Doc suspected heart attack but bloods we're normal so they've kept me and I'm waiting tests. On loads of meds. Angiogram to be done.b
Stomach shots, clopidogrel, atonastatin, enoxapann. Bruises from my stomach my God large black patches.
To anyone else stuck in hospital over Xmas I feel u. Happy Xmas.

So sorry to hear this. Glad you went to hospital and didn't just risk it being af and trying to sit it out. You are in the best place in the circumstances although especially not a good time of year for it, not that there ever is.
I am sure they will sort you out and make Christmas as pleasant as possible. Here's to a healthier 2020. X
Any time is bad but what an awful time to be unwell, I had similar last year at Xmas due to flu, viral chest infection I know how you feel , I really hope you get out soon and stay well, hopefully it's a short stay and you home soon.
Sorry to read this dani - not the place you want to be at this time of year especially.
I hope you can get back home quickly.
So sorry you cannot be home. Im a retired nurse who worked many holidays. Working Christmas was always special as no one really wanted to be there but seems like the patients and nurses bonded and made the best out of a less than ideal situation. Hope your health improves and you will be released from “ jail” soon💜
Really sorry and of course it would this time of year. But given how you felt and how presented you’re bang in the right place, as small a consolation as that might feel now. Wishing you a speedy recovery and return home...
