They’re Back

So I had a 4 minute episode last week after a months worse of PACS. Honestly, the relentless PACS are worse than AF. I never had them before. Maybe one or two a day, now it's constant. Like every third beat. The episode happened, Flecanide and no more PACs. I'm under tremendous stress and exhausted from moving and they are just firing away. Help!!! Any ideas?

It will be the move and stress. Do some meditation and breathing exercises and things you enjoy to help you relax. Keep drinking plenty of water to keep well hydrated - we often forget when busy and stressed.

Definitely PACs. My Kardia Mobile has picked them up numerous times. And so has my ILR. I’ve had PVCs before. These are definitely PACs. I took 100mg Flecainide and they are now gone. Fingers crossed.

Please, what is the difference between PACs and PVCs? I only know about SVES (supraventricular extrasystoles) and VES (ventricular extrasystoles.
