Now that is what I call timing = guilt trip. It’s just taken my missus and me 24 hours to polish off a Christmas box of Cadbury‘s Roses. but no alcohol or liquid caffeine....😪
🤣
Love your honesty!!! One evening I started eating from a tub of Heroes and knew it wasn't a good idea to have opened them in the first place, next day I took them into where I do my voluntary work. I've knocked on my neighbour's door before now and offered goodies I've opened and then needed to get rid of quick.
I used to think that eating chocolate brought on my AF, but it doesn't seem to now. Eating cake makes me so aware of my heart beating oddly, that I'm too scared to have any now.
T’is probably fortunate that I don’t live next door.....😉
Re electronic devices, I'm wondering about Smart Meters and how they can affect heart irregularities. Do you have any views on this?
Great article
That makes sense. Beer weakens me unfortunately - not just my AF but my whole system so although I used to love a cold beer on a hot day - now just a memory!
Chocolate per se is actually very good for you - it is an antioxidant but it HAS to be a really good quality 80% cocoa butter with no sugar and contain no emulsifiers. That disqualifies all of the boxes of ‘chocolates’ as it should read SUGAR! It’s the sugar not the chocolate that does the damage.
I'm avoiding sugar up to a point in sympathy with my husband's diagnosis of prediabetes but suffering from bad ectopics and various other wobbles when I go to bed but pretty sure it's down to a cold and congested lungs plus extra asthma medication. At least I've avoided full blown AF so far.......
No rhyme or reason to mine.... stopped alcohol for 4 months and my PVCs were at their worst. Sometimes Trying to figure out what caused them is worse than having them....(on a good day ) 😉
