The stress is probably the cause of the blood pressure not the extra half tablet of Warfarin.

If you are majorly concerned speak to your GP or a pharmacist

Thanks Mikee69, I also think the headaches are stress related....will apple cider vinegar help to bring the blood pressure down?

Take a deep breath in and then blow out quickly. Doing this a few times never fails to take my BP down.

Thanks jeanjeannie50 will definitely try the deep breathing

Taking an extra 1/2 tab of warfarin will only affect your INR, possibly making your blood clotting a little slower . It should not affect your blood pressure unless you are stressing over it.
