You will have the opportunity to travel to New York City (with basic travel and accommodation expenses covered) to inform a pharmaceutical company of your journey with atrial fibrillation.

AF Association will grant you the opportunity to share your personal insight, ask questions, and inform the company of the resources, support and guidance that you as a patient would find valuable in your dealings with atrial fibrillation.

If interested, please email our Community Education Manager, Sharonica Gavin, at s.gavin@heartrhythmalliance.org

I would be very interested, especially as there seems to be a difference in the way af is addressed between the UK and the States.
