AF is a horrible condition isn't it, hope this one passes quickly for you! Can you think of anything that may have triggered this attack?

Probably alcohol and dehydration- usually about 48 hours later

Has your heart calmed down now? If I can find something to blame for my AF attack, like what I've done or consumed, then I feel I can control it as I won't allow that to happen again.

hope it possession- should resolve with flec! take deep breaths and relax

Do hope the flec did the trick, as a PIP ( 100 mg after 30 mins of onset and another 100mg if needed 30 mins later ) I was amazed how good it was normally and especially if I was able to believe it was going to work as opposed to allowing myself to get more stressed worrying incase it didn't....worry , my biggest enemy! Good luck.

Hope you’re back in NSR now. It’s horrid isn’t it? Especially when you are away from the comfort of home. I had one (first one for over 12 months) on Wednesday after return flight from holiday. I took the same dose as you & within 2 hours I was back to normal. Never ceases to amaze me how scary it is.

Best wishes

I took 200mg at once this time - took longer to revert back - about 6 hours. Think I will go with the 100 + 100 next time

The reverse happens with me - I take longer to revert when I only take 100mg and always have to take 100mg more. 200mg at once works within a couple of hours.
