AF drugs (diltiazem and flecainide) causing low blood pressure?

I joined this group a few years ago but not studies it much since the drugs above have kept my AFIB totally in check. Once the dosage was figured out, I have had 0 episodes. I take 150 mg flecainide twice daily and 60 mg of diltaizem. Recently though (after 3 years of taking these drugs), I have been experiencing low blood pressure that makes me feel lightheaded and weak. I am missing exercise. Am communicating with my cardiologist via email. Initially said drink more water and increase salt intake. Not working. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Have you had ablation yet? Before my recent ablation I was experiencing ALL the same symptoms, low BP, severe dizziness & inability to exercise. Since my recent ablation I've experienced ZERO episodes of a.fib (and no other pre-ablation symptoms), whereas I was in constant arrhythmia before.

🙏 ing it will continue however as I know this can revert, but no signs yet. PLUS I'm completely off any arrhythmia drugs! I only took flecainide before my ablation, as I believe it's not indicated for post surgery, not sure so ask your doc. Wishing you the very best in health.
