Not at all a stupid boy 🤣. You’re not the first & you certainly won’t be the last. We’ve all been there. 🙄

Happens to us all sometimes I think - well, me anyway. It’s that moment when you look at the blister pack for Monday’s dose and Sunday’s is still in the pack.

I know a lot of people suggest those pill organisers to avoid forgetting if you’ve taken them - but for me that feels like a step too far as if my life has been taken over by the meds - may have to get one someday but resisting for now.

As long as we don’t forget too often or for too long. Like you I’m not too bovvered about an occasional lapse.

Just don’t forget them again tonight!!

Stay well

Liz

Done that too - such a jump to the heart to see the tabs still sitting in their dish next morning.

It makes you sigh thinking how you could possibly have forgotten to take your pills doesn't it, but there's no point worrying after it's done as that changes nothing!

Can you please write out 100 times:

I must pay more attention to taking my pills.

Oh Jean .....lines, haven't done that since primary school, then I was always doing 100 lines for some misdemeanor or other.

😂😂😂😂😂

On the days I go to work I take my morning tablets with me as I usually have my breakfast around 10 and take the tablets then. As one of my colleagues (who is on some meds herself) was heading home at 5.00 today she said, “Did you take your pills this morning?” Oh dear! Better late than never. 🤪

I've sat at the table having my breakfast with my pill box and water in front of me and then managed to put it away in the cupboard without taking my tablet. It's only next day when I take that days dose that I discover yesterdays pill is still in the box! So annoying!

I prefer that to sitting trying to remember if I took them or not half an hour later. I have system now!!

Yes, me too! But what really scares me is to forget that I took the pills and taking them again - How dangerous is double dosing? (Apixaban and Bisoprolol)
