I love Dr Ross Walker, he always explains things well and tells it as it is. This will be useful for newbies in the AF world. It runs for 13 minutes.

What a sensible and honest doctor. I would recommend everyone listen to this talk, regardless of how much you think you know about AF.

I enjoyed this broadcast. Made me think I need to get back on the wt loss wagon, Ive been naughty. Thanks for sharing this. I LOVE listening to Aussies, he could have recited Dr Suess and I would have hung on every word❤️❤️❤️
