Hi Gang just to let you know I am home safe. Very moved by all the good will and wil try to respond once I am stronger and have rested plenty. I'm told I need that. LOL.

Full details and gory bits in due course but love to all for now.

Good to hear you are out of the clutches of the hospital. You must have had a good escape committee there.

Just remember you haven’t got a zip fastener up your chest, your heart has been through a lot. You must rest, rest and more rest and only lift the TV remote for the next 2 weeks. LOL.

😜😷🤭

Seriously take care of yourself and be kind to yourself.

Hope to hear the gory details soon.

Sam left Barnstaple at 7am on Friday to come and collect me and got as far as Reading before they decided I couldn't go home. Took her till 6 pm to get home . Saturday the M5 was a carpark so she came up Sunday at 6 am and we were home again about 2.15 pm.

We are all delighted that you are back home again. Don’t do anything strenuous for a bit. Give yourself time to recover. Put on a good cheerful uplifting video - something which makes you smile. Don’t worry about replying to us until you are up to it. We just want you to get better. Big hug

You've been home 24 hrs now Bob so that's your R&R over! It's time to get back to work! Service the car, help your poor, long-suffering Sam to vacuum the house, do the washing up, sort this forum out, - the list is endless...... :-)

(For those who need a humour transplant - this is meant to be funny.

It should also stretch Bob's stitches a bit if he laughs.)
