Does the heat cause anyone issues? Trigger arrhythmias/afib? I have noticed the heat creates issues for me. If I’m out in the heat for a long time i get a lot of palpitations the following days.

heat issues
Yes, both heat and cold do. Ensure you are very well hydrated and carry a spritzer spray with you to help cool down.
Gone are the days when I actually enjoyed heat and sunshine!
Anything which makes your heart work hard will do it. Drink plenty of WATER not tea or coffee, at least 2 litres a day in warm weather and much more in very hot. Make sure you drink enough to pee clear.
Yep, when unstable it became unbearable and I was sleeping a lot. Had first really hot day over the weekend when I would say things are more stable..... and though I didn't feel as bad it was still suffocating at times. I had a tepid shower and drip dried around the bedroom for a bit with what little breeze there was coming through the window.
We had to go out to the gf's parents in the daytime and had the air con on full blast, but they were sat on the garden so I sat on the cold concrete that hadn't had any sun..... and then we went out to a 40th party in the evening (when cooler) but I wore loose cotton and had 3 pints of fluid to one cider.
Felt a bit rough Sunday morning (and this morning due to a 5am wake up thanks kid) but the AF hasn't presented as it perhaps normally would have.
yes, 4 years ago when on holiday in Devon we had one really hot day. I went in to AF, not sure if it was the heat or dehydration that triggered it, but I try to avoid both now
